where to participate and OBTAIN the bills

During the first phase of the project, the bills can only be obtained in the VyC which will be located in participating business once a day during on week. Later, the bills will be available in designated locations in Puerto Rico, Europe, and the United States such as museums, galleries, community centers, and other businesses.
